Take a breather.
If you’re in a situation that is making you feel hot headed, you tend to speak without thinking, or something in the situation makes you feel upset, take a step back.
Back away from the situation, stop thinking about it, distract yourself, listen to music- anything. Calm yourself and chances are when you get back to the situation you were so riled up about… It will look so less important. Not as much as a big deal. Or in the least… Not as bad at all.
